La exigencia del certificado digital o prueba negativa es exigida por Ley para el acceso a establecimientos turísticos y alojamientos locales en todo el territorio continental Portugués, independientemente del nivel de riesgo en cada municipio.

A estos efectos se permiten 4 tipos de pruebas:

• Prueba PCR realizada dentro de las 72 horas anteriores a la presentación.
• Prueba de antígeno con informe de laboratorio, realizada dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la presentación.
• Prueba rápida de antígeno en la modalidad de auto-prueba, realizada las 24 horas previas a su presentación en presencia de un profesional de la salud o farmacéutica que certifique que se ha realizado y su resultado.
• Prueba rápida de antígeno en modalidad de auto-prueba, realizada en el momento de la entrada en el establecimiento al que se pretenda asistir, bajo la verificación de los responsables de estos espacios.

The requirement of a digital certificate or negative test is required by law for access to tourist establishments and local accommodation throughout the Portuguese continental territory, regardless of the level of risk in each municipality.

Decreto-Lei n.º 56-C/2021

For these purposes, four types of tests are allowed:

• PCR test, performed within 72 hours prior to presentation.
• Antigen test with laboratory report, performed within 48 hours to submission.
• Rapid antigen test in the self-test modality, carried out within 24 hours prior to its presentation in the presence of a health or pharmaceutical professional who certifies that it has been carried out and its result.
• Rapid antigen test in the self-test mode, carried out at the moment at the door of the establishment you intend to attend, under verification by those responsible for these spaces.
